1. 24-Hour Refund Exception

At TicketZone.ae, we offer a full refund if you cancel your booking within 24 hours of purchase, provided the scheduled departure is at least 7 days ahead. (This is a voluntary policy and not legally required.)

2. Refund Process After 24 Hours

• Refund eligibility depends on the fare rules set by the airline: refundable, non-refundable, or exchange-only tickets.

• In case of airline cancellation or major schedule change, we will assist you in securing a full refund or an alternative option from the airline.

• Refunds are issued using the original payment method.

3. Processing Timeframes

• Credit card payments: refunds within 7 business days.

• Other payment methods (e.g., cash, bank transfer): up to 20 business days.

• We aim to process refunds promptly and will notify you once completed.

4. How to Request a Refund

Please submit your refund request via email at ticketzone.co@gmail.com, including your booking reference number and reason for cancellation. We strive to respond within 5 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Tickets & Exceptions

• Some fares are designated as non-refundable according to airline policies.

• Exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies) may require documentation; we will assist with airline claims where applicable.
